Okay, the Romanek video looks totally fake. The second one. Notice how when he pulls it down, the head bobbles? Thats because its fake, when your ducking down, in real life, you either bend forwards, backwards or to the side, then crawl away.
Think about it, if you wanted to get out of view of a mirror, you would bend forward and duck your knees, not just bend you knees straight down. Try this in the mirror.
