Cylindrical UFO Caught on Video In Peru? by Scott Corrales. Fernando Avalos wasn't expecting to see a UFO on the 12th of October. According to Peru.com, the unusual sight of a cylindrical object moving at speed across blue skies was recorded at 17:45 hours and was witnessed by sixty students between the ages of eleven to twelve and four of their instructors in the city of Chimbote.
