Long Islanders Witness Strange Lights in the Sky by Chris Holly. In the past 5 days I have had 6 phone calls and 5 emails from different parts of Long Island all telling me that they saw something strange in the sky. Three people told me they saw odd diamond shaped objects lit in solid white light hovering above the Coast line of Long Island. Strange Entity in Michoacán Mexico by Scott Corrales. The following story took place in 1936 at La Piedad de Cabadas, Michoacán, when my grandmother was seven years old. Teresa (my grandmother) was on the bottom floor of the hotel at which her parents and grandmother worked. Her job was to collect money – tray in hand – from everyone entering the restrooms.
